Teledermatology is the use of digital tools and video consulting to assess and manage common dermatological conditions. While it has its limitations, it is useful for the initial assessment and treatment of many skin and dermatological conditions which may deteriorate if left untreated.
At Naya Skin and Minor Surgery clinic, we use teledermatology as an initial assessment for clients who are unable to travel to our clinic or those who need urgent clinical assessments. On confirmation of your appointment, an email with a video link will be sent to your email address. You will need to click on the ‘begin consultation’ at your appointment time (example below).
**Please note an in-person consultation may still be required if deemed necessary**
